Shipping policy

We ship across Australia and New Zealand. Orders are generally dispatched via Australia Post (AusPost), while bulky or large-size items are shipped via specialized freight couriers. Customers can choose between standard and express delivery at checkout.
We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days (48 hours) upon receiving your payment and will provide you with a tracking number. Please note that actual delivery times are subject to Australia Post's schedules.
