Kangaroad Pty Ltd – Hassle-Free Returns & Peace of Mind

We’re committed to making sure you love every Kangaroad purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, our Returns & Refund Policy makes it easy to find a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange your item within 5 working days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable for change of mind returns
  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email before shipping your item.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@kangaroad.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Carefully package and send the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For change of mind returns, only the product cost will be refunded. Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kangaroad.com.au.
  • Refunds apply to the product price; shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to submit an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or has a functional defective.
  • In such cases, we’ll provide a return shipping label.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Exceptions/ Non-refundable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
